best dance exercise dvd

I want to tone up, good exercise tips?
I'm 5'5 and currently about 8ST. I really do not want to lose any weight (even if im not sad, I used to be the seventh, but thats growing! (Im 18)) I recently went on vacation a few days before I went I was so upset because I suddenly looked so much bigger than ever. I felt weird I did my best to cover the tops my legs and my stomach, even if my husband told him that I always looked hot (haha how sweet). I have love handles and do not really want to lose them because they are my "form", but the tone. I want to tone areas: * Tops Belly and chest area * legs * Love handles all good advice? Im trying to eat healthy now and drink water instead of soft drinks. I so I sometimes dance exercises in this way and try to do sit-ups (at least 50-100 per day), but there other sessions drive well? It's also great to boost self-esteem one week you can not balance on a stability ball of Switzerland, the next step of your balance on a stability ball based on both knees!
