top 10 arm exercises
Will these exercises help me lose weight in one month?
Every night i am going to run for ten minutes and power walk for another ten minutes. Then i am doing about 50 bicycles. For my arms, i bench press about forty five lbs. 5 reps of 10. After i do 25 butterflies of forty five lbs. I am fifteen years old, 140 lbs. but very athletic. My school softball team is starting in March and the coach said that we will be doing a lot, so i want to make sure i am in tip top shape. Think that will make me tighten up again? I’ve slacked this winter. Thanks :]
Well, your exercises sound good. you have to do it on regular basis. Don’t mixed your exercises in just one setting. Each day you should have another exercise at least 30 minutes. You shoulkd have a program for that. For the first night run and power walk for 30 minutes, next night run for 15 minutes then do your cycling and bench press. Next night power walk for 15 minutes then do the butterfly. If you’re comfortable to extend it to one hour the better but do it gradually increasing 5 to ten minutes each day until you reached the total of one hour of exercise each day.
