How can I get a body like this by August?

http://www.next.co.uk/shot.asp?b=X42&p=2192&s=3&n=Women&pid=424-047&exclude=00D00

I currently do no exercise and I don’t really know where to start :]

I can’t afford to join a gym, and I don’t really have time to do so, I also can’t run/jog as I have a weak knee that’s easily damaged.

I do have an exercise bike, an ab rocker (I have a dodgy back so I need the support for crunches etc) and I have Wii Fit, and a few exercise DVDs (Rosemary Conely’s GI Jeans and Paula Abdul’s Cardio Cheer).

What would be my best bet on getting into shape for summer?

I already eat healthily (I’m on Slimming World) and I drink loads of water.

Can anyone help me?
Thanks :]

Oh and I’m 5ft9 and 220lbs, how much do I need to lose to look like this?
I know I heavy lol, but I am trying :]

I have big hips and boobs and I’m relatively big built naturally (without the fat lol), is this goal obtainable? If not can you link me a pic of a body that I should aim for?

Ta :]

Of course you can do it!!! You have 9months,that is enough if you have motivation and will-power you will!Since you have a LOT of time to do it,you don’t need a precise eating and exercise plan-Trust me you’ll get bored within a month! So the first rule is to DRINK LOADS OF WATER,as you’re doing(2l on days you don’t exercise much and 3l on days you exercise a lot)Eating healthy is good, but if you want to lose weight you also need to control your portions-DON’T count calories but don’t have 4 bananas a day and all.Aim for 2 servings of fruit a day(as they contain more calories than vegetables)and 3 servings of vegetables. For breakfast have a bowl of bran flakes with skim milk and a fruit, that is delicious AND healthy,AND low in calories(but have no more than 40g of cereal, you can weigh it for the first week then you’ll know more or less how much you should have).NEVER leave spaces of more than 4hours between meals,it slows down your metabolism. If you have breakfast at 8 and lunch at 1h00,then have a snack in between(carrot stick,Special K bar,(some cereal bars are very high in calories and fat so be careful),apple or OCCASIONALLY 10nuts).for lunch never have fried food, always steam or grill a SMALL piece of meat and have some veggies or some corn(delicious)with it.A few times a week you can have half a baked potato if you’d like. And NEVER eat after 7pm,it’s harder to digest. And have a light dinner, like a simple salad and a Low-fat yogurt.
EXERCISE 3 times a week something vigorous, like cycling for 45mins-or more, dancing for 45mins,or the dvd you have etc and the rest of the days(days in between the vigorous exercises)just have a walk for 30mins,it clears up your mind and it isn’t really like exercising, you WON’T feel tired.Of course on christmas and parties you CAN indulge but still be reasonable(don’t eat half the cherry pie =P,just a slice).Once a week, you can have ONE cheat item, like a chocolate bar or a scoop of Ice-cream,then continue with your healthy meals.
Once a week you can have a boiled egg with a slice of toast and a fruit for breakfast,it IS healthy, just not healthy if you have it every single day.Oh and have a glass of green tea everyday, don’t put sugar in it,but I don’t recommend the artificial sweeteners, very unhealthy,if you really want to you can put half a teaspoon of honey in the tea.And don’t forget to tone up your body(obviously,if u want to be like the girl on the picture),so yea u can use the ab rocker, the aerobic exercises on the wii etc,do it on the days you don’t want to go for a walk coz of weather etc and tr to do some everyday,it isn’t very tiring
Good luck!
