Weight loss, while the gain of muscle mass … Is it possible to do both things at once?
I've been in several sites and spoke with many trainers, guru, that name. I'm looking for a diet plan and exercise to buy what they can gain lean muscle while shredding body fat. Products high in the network are more focused on building the body (like on TV, the kids watching all juice while women have a goatee) instead of losing weight while gaining muscle mass (which I go for Mike Tyson at the age of 19 to 21 look.
