Can anyone help me understand the best exercises to bend during and after weight loss?
I was extremely overweight my whole life. I started a strict diet at the end of September. I've lost 50 pounds. My goal is another 100 pounds. The problem I have is that my skin begins to sag. I know this is normal and I know I will not be able to squeeze it all without intervention Surgical when I'm done losing weight I lose. But I want to know if anyone knows the best exercises I could do to make it perhaps not as extreme as would be without toning exercises. My main problem, of course, are my upper abdomen and lower my arms and thighs. Thank you advance
